After days & nights of despair, injury, hunger and copious amounts of heroin, Richard is feeling a bit out of sorts. On this night he seems to see Gloria come back to life (looking no worse for wear). This shot pushes in past Gloria's corpse to a medium close-up of Richard, whereupon phantasmal Gloria's hand appears. In the finished show Richard is voiced by Kiefer Sutherland.
